Fuel Pump Relay! 200

i tried to solder the relay, and to no avail. is it possible that its wrecked in another way? im sure i soldered it good. but could there be a different problem? should i replace it with a new one for 50 bucks? so confused why my car would just die one day after years of faithful driving.
