I can't find a new breather cap for my 1990 760 gle v-6, please help!!!!!!!

Hello folks!


I have a 1990 760 gle v-6 (175,000 miles) and i can't seem to locate the crankcase breather cap that inserts into the oil filler crankcasing and has a hose connected to the top end of it. fcpgroton.com does not have them, and the dealer has been back ordered for months!! Could i just go to pepboys and or Autozone and just match one that is similar and improvise? The Ford and or Plymouth engines usually have the larger crankcase breathers! This one really has me baffled, particuarly since the dealer can't seem to import from Sweden and or Germany!!! My current one has been getting regular applications of Gum out intake cleaner. My other Volvos (740's) have flame traps, but this one does not!
