Proper way to tow a 740 800 miles 700

Well looks like i'll be moving to Saint Paul MN soon. Whats the best and proper way to tow a 1991 744T? Can i tow it on a dolly with the rear wheels on the dolly and the fronts on the ground (or is that bad), or am i forced to disconnect the rear driveshaft to do a dolly?
