Headlamp upgrades 700 1989

I have a 89 740 with seal beam headlights and i would like to know about how much work, time & money it would cost me to change to euro lights. Also I want to buy a 760 turbo and it has the headlight which are flush and the two inner yellow lamps which are seperate I am not going to buy the car unless I can change the headlamps to E-code Euro lights where can I buy these .
