1984 240 tail lamps 200 1984

Like a fool, I disconnected all tail light wires beacause the clips were no good. I "think" I have the correct clips, but if I could find out what color wire goes to what lamp (yellow wire on drivers side goes to brake, for example), I may figure this out. There is also the question of the ground wires. One on each side or not? Black?
