What Oil to Use? 200

I am nearing my first oil change with my new brick and I am curious as to what type of motor oil will be the best. I live in NC so it gets pretty warm and humid here in the summer. I mostly tool around town with some sporadic trips on the freeway. I was thinking either a 10W40 or a 20W50? Any suggestions?
