Transmission judder when warm (AW 71) 700 1990

Just purchased this 90 740 T with only 77K miles. Got a good deal. Problem is transmission has a judder when shifting which worsens when warm. When cool, it shifts well. Have not had time to check it out, but wonder what is is. Have not even pulled the pan and the oil is not discolored. Clutch packs or ??.
