A/C fill port 900 1993

Hi,

My R134 A/C was empty when I got the car (the compressor wouldn't even engage), and I got to recharge it. So far I put a small can of PAG R134 via the port next to the shiny can close to the passenger side firewall. Is that the low-pressure port to feed the refrigerant into, or do I need to look for the low-pressure port elsewhere?

As far as I understand those things, the shiny can is the decompression valve, and the access port next to it is on the evaporator side which is hopefully low pressure.

I'm afraid to put any more refrigerant if that port happened to be the high-pressure one -- I don't want the can/hose to blow in my hand. The port has a cap on it saying R134 and a 5Nm or so torqua.

Cheers, Kuba
