fuel injector not working. Need quick answer

Hi all,
My '97 960 is in the shop right now and the mechanic is stumped. It seems that only 5 of the 6 injectors are working. They replaced the one that is not working and still have the same problem. I know nothing about mechanics and the car is spending the night in the shop, so I was wondering if anyone has any ideas....
Incidentally, the car is running great. It went into the shop to have the brake booster replaced and my check engine light was on. I guess that's how they found the injector problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks
