My wife suprised me today and brought home a 92-940 that caught my eye at the local Mopar dealer. It's been kicking around there for the last 7-8 months. Red w/tan leather, real clean, inside & out,& underneath.Just looking it over quickly, it seems to have a few issues, brakes are weak(they'll fix'em) and when she went to toot the horn, the cruise kicked off.the topper was turning on the lights, there seemed to be a big drain, because the alt. made noise.I'm thinking wire harness to the alt.(like my 240 needed)but I can check it out further. They started @$5995, but they're asking about $4300 now. That was before they had to come and tow it,because it wouldn't start.Supposedly a 1 owner and spent all its winters in Fla. I tried to run a carfax but could only find out it has 5 records.(might just be inspections?)Can any one run a real one for me?The Vin is yv1js8834n3074565 It's showing 162,000 miles, but is unbelievably clean.Any advice, tips, what to look for, etc., would be appreciated. If it helps, I've had a 240 for 3yrs, so I am familiar w/the 'attention' they crave! Thanks,Bricksters
