What type of relay is the M46 ('81-on) OD relay??? 200

I need to get a relay similar to the relay used on the M46 OD relay, but in 120VAC.

I found this definition, but no name/type:

"Latched On/Off Output Using a Single Momentary Pulse - it can engage and disengage the latched output with a single pulse from a switch or an output from an alarm or remote keyless entry. The first pulse from the switch will engage the latch. The next pulse from the switch will disengage the latch."

The guys at the electronic counter can only get the things off the shelf, not figure out what a relay does. I need the type (ie, DPDT, SPST, SPDT, etc.). Any electrical engineers out there??? Any ideas???
