'86 760 b28 hot no start problem 700 1986

Looked thru the FAQ's & haven't answered my problem so help pls........

Sometimes (occassionally) when engines hot,starter won't engage (spin) ..... relay under drivers seat clicks, but no starter activation ....... starter relay? where is it? Sensor? which one?
Soon as car cools down, maybe 40 minutes, starts instantly ..... ideas?
