water in fuel? 200

Suspect water in fuel. After 10-20 minutes, car feels like firing on one cylinder then quits. Get it towed home, starts fine the next a.m., same thing happens after driving 10-20 minutes. Put in one can isopropyl drygas, couple days later changed fuel filter, stuff that came out looked like watery milk slightly brownish. Fuel reaching engine is clean, haven't checked fuel delivery rate but it looks plentiful (what should it be, 2 qts. minute?). If it's water, will running it eventually get rid of the water? Haven't been able to siphon fuel tank effectively, got a little clean fuel out of it. Ignition system checks out OK. Would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks. 82 245 207K
