Relay question 200

I am having trouble starting my 1986 240, if you happened to see my earlier post. I am thinking it may be a relay issue as I have spark etc. Question is, I have found two relays. Which one is the Fuel relay?

1. Found one on the passenger side under dash up by firewall. 6 prongs, white, volvo part# 1347603 and another #896399. It appears to have a date of 5/28/86 stamped on it.

2. The other relay is under the drivers side dash up by firewall. white block with 4 connector. volvo part# 1324675 - 12v and then has a 15, 31, 86, 87 listed on a diagram i guess marking what each prong is.

Which one is the fuel relay, and should I feel a click if I hold it and turn the ignition on and off? (got that from the archives).
