Can I check the timing on my 1990 240? If so How. I have a timing light which I used on my dodges about 10 years ago. Is it similar? I.e. put the clamp on the the #1 plug wire and aim it at the crank pulley?

(Thanks for your help, my Hanes manual walked off.)
