How hard to install third seat? 900 1994

I am looking at a good used 945 but it's without the essential third seat. I have one in tan but the new car would be with gray interior.

Assuming I can find one thru Ebay et. al. (other ideas?), how hard are these to install?

Your thoughts welcomed.
