Leaky rad spout 900 1993

My 93 940T has developed a small leak at the top rad spout. It looks like the entire spout is loose in the side tank. Does this actually pull out and have a replaceable seal or am I looking at a trip to a rad shop? I don't want to pull too hard until I know for sure.
