Mysterious buzzing, then shift arrow stays on....Overdirve relay?? 200 1993

Drove over a bump, heard some buzzing behind the center dash, then the shift arrow (AW 70 tranny) lights up and won't go off. I suspect the overdrive relay. Should I change it (I have a spare from eBay)?. Or am I way off?
