The drivers seat in my recently aquired '77 244 is absolutly horrible. I recently picked up a passenger seat that was from another '77 (even though it's the wrong color...). Although the adjustment knobs will be on the wrong side, it's not a big deal. Any tips on how to make this job go a bit easier?

By the way, these are cloth seats, and that Straw crap (or whatever that stuff is) keeps poking though the seats... very annoying. Any idea how to stop it from happening?
