need help with timing belt 900

I got a major problem.

I was not able to align the timing belt before taking the belt out. (All timing mark on the plastic cover got destroyed... previous owner must've washed the plastic cover with cleaner)

While replacing the damaged the timing cover, my cam shaft and crank shaft was mis-aligned by few notches. I inserted new cover (have all the timing marks back) and aligned all 3 gear to the marks:
2 cams pully to the marks on cover
crank shaft mark to 0

but my timing is still off.

My questions is that the bottom timing belt cover has bunch of numbers. I align the crank shaft pully mark at 0. and this appears to be no good. should I be aligning the pully mark with different number? What are other numbers used for?

thanks in advance
