What is the best leather conditioner, and the best wax, price no object

I will be taking delivery on a 1993 940 with 28000 miles on it (thats right 28000 orig. miles, see earlier post) And the car is in need of a good waxing, and the leather is in good shape, but it is do to have the leather conditioned, and I want the best wax for the paint, and the best leather conditioner I can get. So what is the best?
