Blown Fuses 200 1992

1992 240 continues to blow fuses. Last summer it was the power windows every other day, in the fall it was the over-drive a few times, now it is the ABS/reverse lockout. This one is disturbing because it causes the brake lights not to work. I was surprised the ABS light or Brake light failure lights didn't come on. Any ideas regarding the cause would be appreciated.
