AC On Car Hot 200 1991

All,

My 1991 245 SE is running hot when AC on, goes back to normal with AC off. My wife was driving it and I was out of town so I haven't looked at it. I am thinking the electric fans are not working possibly a fuse?

Think I'm going in the right diredtion?
