wheel/tire interchangability? 700 1991

Hi all,

Can steel wheels and tires off a 95 850 turbo wagon fit a 91 740 sedan?

Both wheels are 15".

Are all these wheels 5x108mm bolt pattern?
I think the tire size of the 850 is 205/55, and the 740 has 195/60.

Should be OK, right? What is "offset"? Any major differences there?
