960 Vibration Shimmy at idle 900 1997

O.K. I have listened to all of the advise and have narowed my vibration down on the 1997 960 wagon to one of these: Could anyone please advise me as to which would be the most logical fix? I am really getting tired of this problem! (Car idles w/ vibrartion) only at idle then as smooth as silk. I am getting a not output reading on the rear O2 sensor. Could this be it?

Possibilities:
small vacuum leak.
ignition coils
Shorted spark plug wire(s) or defective plug boot(s)
O2 sensor

HELP!!!!!! It's driving me nuts!
