95, 940 turbo O.B.D. code 1-4-4 900 1995

I need some help with obd code 1-4-4. Has anyone out there ever had that code before? Can anyone tell me what it actually means? Has anyone ever diagnosed and fixed this problem? I posted a message on 6/13/03. Got 2 replies, tried suggestions & still have the same problem. Someone has to know what this code is. No one can tell me, with any certainty, how to resolve this ongoing problem. PLEASE LET ME KNOW & THANK YOU, R.E.K.
