Tips and Traps for a 1976 245 200 1976

I'm about to acquire a 1976 245 wagon. All I know thus far is that it hasn't been driven since 11/2002. I've never owned a brick older than 1980, so I'm not sure what to look for, worry about, and repair. I will use Sta-bil, carburetor cleaner, and new battery.
