Door Trim and Paint Options 200 1985

I found a door on a 1986 in the junkyard that looks pretty good. It is not the same color as my car however. And its already been stolen from another 240 and repainted to match the junked car. (and I have suspicions it might be from a 1985 or older car)

Anyways, will the black plastic trim that is below the windows easily swap onto the 1986(?) door? If so, how?

Also, what are my options for paint to repaint this door my cars color. Can you still get quarts from Volvo?
