B-230ft Oil sepage between head and block!

I cleaned my motor the other day trying to determine where all of the oil is going. Checked this morning and found a small amount of oil coming from the area where the head gasket is. First thought is to re-tork the head to stop the oil seapage and possibly prevent a blown head gasket. No missing coolant or other signs that the head gasket is leaking. Is it possible to re-tork the head? The car has 200,000 miles on it! I was thinking of doing an angle tork of 10 degress.
