Radiator has a hole.....What are my options? 200 1979

So I finally figured out why my engine was getting hot....Unfortunatly its not just a hose. I couldn't find the hole before because it is a small hole on the top driver's side, on the under-inside where the top front bracket is welded. If that makes sense. The radiator only was leaking after driving on the freeway at higher speeds. I was thinking of my options were, take the radiator to a radiator shop and have them fix it, buy a brand new radiator, buy a radiator from pick-n-pull. I am trying to go with the cheapest fix and the quickest fix, but of course I don't want to worry about this happening again. Its my daily driver, but I have my sisters old car that she is selling for a backup. So anyways, I am pretty sure that someone has gone thru this and could lead me in the right direction. How much should I plan on spending? How long will it take?
