Questionable Boge Turbo Gas shocks-how to ID? 700

Just got a pair of rear shocks in a Boge box(supposed to be Turbo gas) but nothing specific except for part #'s. These shocks are black and way-way softer than KYB's with 190,000 mi.

PN on shock 1039027182F
Red sticker over PN is 1329507

I know this is just a shot in the dark but I don't want to accuse the seller of a mistake until I know.
