Engine Stumbles at Idle 200

I am trying to solve a problem and would appreciate any ideas you might have. The engine of my 92 240 (107K) automatic stumbles at a low idle but once you get it going it is fine.
What I have done over the past few weeks is cleaned a pretty clean throttle body and idle air valve and tested its operation out of the car. New TB gasket and cleaned all connectors. Replaced cap, rotor, plugs, wires, air filter and FPR so I think I have covered the basics. Reset OBD and got a 232 (compensating for rich or lean condition at idle) gain. There are no vac leaks that I can find all the intake hoses are leak free. The throttle switch clicks right when you turn it.
Not much left but the AMM but I don't really want to spend a $200 to test it.

Thanks
Dan
