Trailer hitch mounting hardware--specific sizes and lengths? 200 1992

Hello all:

I just picked up a Volvo original trailer hitch for my '92 wagon. I have some questions about hardware, specifically the size and length of the bolts used to install it. I got the hitch at the boneyard, but I couldn't salvage the hardware because the guy helping me get it off the donor car ('80s 242) put it up on a front end loader and cut the hardware off with a torch! It was pretty rusty, but I hammered and scraped off the loose scale and hit it with rust cutter. I'll paint it with rust paint tomorrow to prepare it for installation later in the week.

If you could advise me on what size and length of fasteners I need, I'd appreciate it!
