a RRRR/ Creaking/ Squealing noise from rear end (Its driving me nuts, What is it?) 200

I lowered my front end 3" and left the rear stock about 2 months ago. Coming now from the back end is a A high RRR RRR RR/Creaking/Squealing noise its hard to explain and its beening bugging me for about 2 weeks.. Even at 60MPH it can be heard. I got new brakes in January. AT higher speeds the sound is faster and at slower speeds it is slower... What is it?? Also since i lowered the front end 3" should i get a wheel alignment?? it doesnt appear to need one... Thanks
