Power relay problem? 900 1995

On start-up, sometime the SRS warning light stays on with a power failure affecting the radio, windshield wipers, and rear windows. The SRS warning light turns off when I turn off the motor and restart. Sometimes it takes a couple of restarts for the warning light to turn off. Also, at times the SRS light will automatically turn off after about 15 to 30 seconds.

Is it a faulty relay? If so, any suggestions as to which one.
