Water-proofing an 1800 1800 1968

Old dried up seals and blocked drain holes seem to plaugue these cars. My 68 has all it's original seals and the day I drove it home (in the rain) there were puddles inside the car... not to mention water splashing out of the center vent under the dash onto my leg when I made a turn.

So where do I start? A visual inspection of the seals only reveals the door scrapers and rear qtr window seals are bad. The windshield and rear window seals look to be in decent shape. What seals should I replace to start with? Also, how do I stop the water from coming in from under the dash (which appears to be coming from the center vent)? I don't see any rust in these areas, but some drain must be blocked somewhere.

Finally, whats the best place to buy good seals for a good price?
