Confused - Where is Aux Fan Relay on '90 745T? 700

Hi guys,

My electric cooling fan won't come on, and when I used a tester plugged into the lead to the fan, when I short the switch in the radiator, no power goes to the fan. I think it's the relay.

So, the question:

I thought the Electric Fan Relay was the relay attached to the coolant overflow tank. I went to the dealer, but the parts computer says that is a "Radio Suppresion Relay"?? Where is the relay for the cooling fan on a 1990 745 Turbo?
