Wet doors, and window rubbers 200

Refering to the thread: http://www.brickboard.com/RWD/index.htm?id=652013

The OEM rubbers on my 1971 144 will fit my 1988 240. It is significantly wider than the 240 rubbers, and also much more "rubbery". Will do a much better job at keeping water out of the doors. The 240 rubbers feel like plastic. It is not hard due to exposure to the sun or anything like that, since the car is in excelent condition. Available from www.gcp.se at just under US$25 each, if you think it is worth it... Some rubber product manufacturers have "factory shops" where the general public can buy, and should have this type of product available. For the few readers in South Africa, try "Rubber Products and Molds". Also good for finding replacements for door rubbers, trunk seals, and those hard strips.
