shocks 900 1994

I think it is about time to replace my front and rear shocks (94' 945T), and I am not sure what to expect. I have an adequate amount of tools but I am not sure if any specialty items are needed. Also what are some good economical shocks to purchase, either form IPD or even maybe local(Napa, autozoe)I figure its probably worth it to spend a little extra for aftermarket parts. Are there just shocks on the back, with the struts only in the front, what about ball joints, front arm bushings, etc. do them at the same time or wit till later. Any and all info would help.
