I was wanting to swap the doors on my 73 145 with some doors off of a 240 so I could have some mirrors that served a purpose other than wind resistance and helping me pass inspection. I've heard people talk about how the doors just swap right in, just have to change the catch and that stuff. What I was wondering is if you could just replace the innards of the door. Glass, gears, top of the frame and such. This way I wouldn't have to get the doors repainted to match and I am not even sure if the trim lines match up from the 140 to the 240. If anyone has any knowledge about this it would be greatly appreciated if you shared it.
