1994 Exhaust Manifold removal snafu 900

I've got a 1994 940 with a leaky exhaust manifold. Good weekend project right?
The problem is releasing the manifold brace just above the oil filter. I now have a quiver full of specially bent wrenches but I cannot access the bolt on the block nearest the front of the motor. I think I am going to have to remove the turbo to get to this bolt. Very frustrating. This has made some of the work I've done on my '88 900S seem easy. Any suggestions?-Dave F.
