My 945 has the CR 814 and the factory installed CD changer in the tailgate. I got a bunch of error messages when I tried to use the changer recently, so I removed it and tested it with a 12v power supply at home (after removing 7 discs from the thing - don't ask!), and it seems to work fine. But I tested the power connection in the car (the red/green connection independent of the control line going to the headunit) and there's no juice there. So I think this is my problem.

Does anyone know how this thing is hooked into the car power supply? The owner's manual and fuse map in the car don't mention anything, and the cable just disappears into the bowels of the tailgate once it comes out of the changer. Is there possibly an in-line fuse that could be out? Thanks for any suggestions!
