The steering on my 1988 Volvo 240 DL wagon has become very sluggish. It feels like there is no power steering fluid, but there is. When you take a turn the wheel does not straighten out normally. It feels like something is binding up somehow, but everything seems okay. Could it be the PS pump, or is the problem in the steering rack? Does anyone have any suggestions to help diagnose this problem????
