One of my heater hoses started spraying coolant causing the car to start overheating as I pulled in my driveway. The needle got about a 1/4 of an inch away from the red. Luckily I got it shut down and turned on my electric fan before any damage was likely done. Decided I might as well replace both heater hoses. Question is... are the heater hoses the same diameter on both ends? Would some heater hose from a parts store fit? If so, how many feet of it should I buy? Any complications I might experience while changing them? THanks!
