Are there any differences between b230f and b230ft heads _besides_ the cam and the sodium exhaust valves? Are there casting differences between these or between the years '85 and '88?

I discovered a remanufactured head on my engine. It's an '85 cast; the car is an '88. I want to make sure I have everything I'm supposed to, including coolant passages, etc. in this old rebuild.
