Sagging/tilting Rear End 200

I just noticed that my 240 DL rear end is listing to the driver side. Measuring from the center of the wheel to the top of the wheel well the driver side is 1 inch lower. I don't see anything that looks amiss underneath but I do hear a "clang" noise when I go over a speed bump for example. Any ideas on what to check or look for?
