Front brakes, rebuild or replace? 200 1988

'88 244 164K

Both front brake calipers have 1 seized piston each and are in need of fixin'.

Do I rebuild them and what is involved with that process OR do I just replace them?

I see FCP sells them for $39 ($25 core charge) anyone know if these are reliable?

I am not a novice at rotor and brake jobs, but have never done a rebuild.
