My neighbor has had this 1982 mustard yellow 2dr DL. She bought it new (actually on Agust 28 1982)and drove it up untill last month when she gave it to me for a dollar (gotta love sweet old ladies. I finished the body work (minor) and had virtually no gas in the tank. When i filled it up yesterday to bring it take it to the local brick guy (this car has been to him since it was new) and it just sat in my driveway engine on but not going anywhere or increasing the RPMs at all when i was hitting the gas pedal. Im 18 and my father and i have narrowed it down to some sort of sludge from the bottom of the tank getting into the filter or line or something related to that. If any of you volvo enthusiasts or wizards could help me out in any way possible you will turn this volvo virgin into a lifetimer!
