One more try for blower motor problem - anybody? 900 1992

940 GL with 187K. Blower motor fuse blows as soon as AC is switched on, blower runs fine without the AC on. I don't see this exact problem in the FAQ section, but looks like it could be the blower motor resistor. Anyone had this problem or have an idea? If it's the resistor, any opinions on using a used resistor?
