A/C recharge and speaker grills 900

92 960 wagon. The spaeker grills in the front doors will not stay on. I push them back into the slots and try to get them to hold on to the red clips but they fall off anyway. Any ideas?

The AC in the car just doesn't cool quite as well as it use to. Its been converted. i don't have gauges but can i try and fill the system with no gauges. I have seen refill kits but don't want to screw the system. any ideas?
